*New members referred must open a Unity One checking account with direct deposit or obtain a combined savings/loan balance minimum of $2,000 at account opening for incentive to be paid. This form must be present at account opening. Person being referred must not be an existing member of the credit union and must be eligible for membership. All new accounts are subject to our normal approval process. A referring member may receive multiple incentives for referring multiple new members. Member is responsible for paying all taxes associated with this incentive. Must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Some restrictions may apply.
