Company Eligibility
How do I sign up my company or association?
We'd be happy to talk to you about adding Unity One Credit Union membership to your office or association benefits package. Please contact the Director of Community & Public Relations at (817) 306-3106 if you would like more information about how your company or association can join Unity One. We'll send you or the person you designate at your company or association a complete membership kit.For your firm to join, all we need is a letter from your company or association printed on your letterhead and signed by an official with authority to sign the letter. This letter requests that your company or association join our field of membership. We even provide you with an easy-to-complete sample letter - all you have to do is fill in a few details. After completed, we then send the letter to the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) for approval. The process takes less than 30 days and we'll contact you upon approval. Click here to download a sample NCUA letter in PDF format.

To send us your completed NCUA letter follow these easy steps:
- Click here to download a sample application letter. Fill in the appropriate areas (in red) and print on your company's letterhead.
- Mail your signed letter to Unity One Credit Union, 6701 Burlington Blvd., Fort Worth, TX 76131.
